The spiral bands dance circles around an empty core. Vivid greens, oranges and specks of red filll the map in front of me. I watch as together these blobs of color march to the top left of the frame. Soon they will no longer hide the sea blue filling, but shift their way on top of the dull brown mass.

Straight black lines stretch across the higher brown. Below a more random, jagged nature composes these dark streaks. Intersecting one from the other, a bold and familiar line of particular importance runs northwest, drains to the southeast.

If the track carries more north than east, 300 million will be drawn to attention. 'No, it's not as bad as her, but do still watch'. If she lowers herself below the great divider, more pressing issues will be reported. A meager 50 mile difference will sell the show.

Her outer arms have made contact, stretched themselves to collide with the grayish brown. Do their hearts now beat rapidly as the air speeds up, pushes itself against them? The band is thin, but there's pressure behind it. It's thrusted forward by the main system. An early warning, a late night light show. The time for preperation has passed. Now they wait; sleep, if they can.
